    Technical Customer Support is our customers' "hotline." This is a department that has revolutionized the way we think about technical support.

    They face the challenging reality of one-on-one support and leave our customers with a positive impression, providing invaluable feedback to developers and testers.

    We are now looking for

    Veeam SaaS for Microsoft 365 Engineer .

    Your tasks will include:
    Responsibility for handling new cases according to the Veeam Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    Providing initial support, diagnosing problems and determining the need for escalation
    Fortifying client relationships focused on 100% customer satisfaction
    Documenting all customer interactions (emails, calls, etc.) accurately and within SLA in our CRM tool
    Ensuring proper and consistent communication of issue status to customers, sales representatives and senior engineers
    Performing troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation
    Proactively staying up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Veeam's products and the underlying technologies
    Contributing to documentation to build Veeam's knowledge base

    What we expect from you:
    Good knowledge of Windows Server OS and systems administration
    Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Amazon (EC2, Aurora)
    Good knowledge of TCP/IP
    Good knowledge of RESTful API
    Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
    Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information
    Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution
    Excellent time management skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Will be an advantage:
    Experience with any of the following: Blob

    storages/PowerShell
    Experience in troubleshooting

    The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay.

    When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

    United States of America Pay Range

    $67,100—$95,800 USD
