Job summary
We are seeking a fully licensed Therapist/Mental Health Professional to join our team to provide psychotherapy services in a hybrid model based out of our office in Hudson WI This individual will receive a priority referral stream of patients receiving psychiatric/mental health care within our clinic as appropriate based on patient match to clinician's skillset We are looking for someone to work 2-4 days per week with a combination of in-person and telehealth care offering flexible hours to fit your scheduling needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive mental health evaluations.
- Develop therapeutic treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals/couples/families based on provider skillset and preferences.
