As a Marketing Manager at STREAMETRIC, you will sit in the driver's seat and take charge of our companies marketing and advertising.

STREAMETRIC revolutionizes water & wastewater with intelligent monitoring. We offer an innovative cloud SCADA solution that empowers utilities to provide reliable and safe infrastructure to the people.

Our turnkey solution combines hosted software, integrated hardware, and AI capabilities into a package that is secure and obtainable for utilities of all sizes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
Oversee and be responsible for maintaining the company's marketing budget
Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts
Communicate the marketing plans to the team and other stakeholders
Research demand for the company's products or services
Identify potential customers and develop proposals to attract them
Coordinate with creative teams to design marketing materials such as brochures and ads
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
Collaborate with Sales team to organize and oversee exhibitions and promotional events
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Maintain and further develop current website


REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator or similar role within the Water/Wastewater industry
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
Experience with CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and digital marketing tools and techniques
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communications skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
Degree in Marketing or relevant field


Base salary range:
$60K


Bonus:
up to $5K
