Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm with more than 1300 attorneys in 43 offices throughout the United States. We are seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney with experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners
- Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions
