Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $4,000–$6,000/month + Commission
Schedule: Monday to Friday (schedule set weekly based on operational needs)
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Actively visit and build relationships with local Chinese-speaking businesses (e.g., restaurants, retailers, wholesalers) to understand their needs and promote our product offerings.
Product Promotion & Demonstration: Clearly explain product features, pricing, and usage to clients, providing basic demos as needed.
Sales Completion & Order Coordination: Guide clients through the ordering process and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product activation.
Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to assess satisfaction and offer support or escalation when necessary.
Sales Reporting & CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and reporting metrics (CRM training provided).
Training & Marketing Support: Attend internal product and sales training, and support company-led marketing and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
Language: Fluency in Chinese is required; basic English is acceptable.
Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
Licenses/Certifications: None required.
