    Job Details

    Position: Medical Assistants - Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA ONLY) or Registered Medical Assistant (AMT certification plus associates degree)
    Location: Greensboro, NC
    Specialty: Pediatrics
    Hours: M-F; 8a-5:30p
    Additional schedule: required to work every 5th or 6th weekend from 9a-2p (Overtime provided)
    Pay: $19.00/hr
    Temp to Hire
    Job Description:

    - Fast-paced environment, seeing 20-25 patients a day
    - Perform patient triage and obtain medical history
    - Patient education
    - Assist with room set up and procedures
    - Vaccinations/Immunizations
    - Finger sticks
    - Scheduling patients
    - Document through EMR software - Allscripts

    Requirements:

    - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant outside of externship
    - Education: Medical Assisting associates degree
    - CPR-BLS Certification
    - Active Medical Assistant certification through AAMA REQUIRED or active AMT certification
    - Previous pediatric experience preferred
    - Passion for children REQUIRED
    - Positive references from 2 clinical supervisors
    - Positive attitude
