Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a National Account Director in the Hospitality and Retail Sectors at Image Options.

As the National Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the hospitality or

retail industries.

Your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role is based in Lake Forest, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address clients' needs and objectives
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Understanding of graphic design, fabrication, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
