Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
Oversee all aspects of commercial drywall and steel stud framing projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including site supervisors and field staff.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Qualifications


Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial drywall and steel stud framing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Salary:

Competitive salary range:
$130,000 - $170,000 annually.
