    Description

    Clinical Dietitian

    Join Hebrew SeniorLife as a Clinical Dietitian and play a vital role in providing patient-centered, evidence-based nutrition care.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans that promote optimal health outcomes for our patients. With opportunities to participate in quality improvement projects, create educational presentations, and precept dietetic interns, this is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient nutrition status through thorough use of ADIME format.
    • Demonstrate critical thinking skills when determining clinical nutrition needs.
    • Knowledgeable of culinary operations and menu planning to provide high-quality food options tailored to individual patients' dietary needs.



    • Perform initial assessments, follow-up evaluations, and transition-of-care education on various units within Hebrew SeniorLife facilities.
    • Timely completion of section K within the Minimum Data Sheet for Rehabilitation Services Unit (RSU) patients
