Key Responsibilities:

1. Process all parts orders in a timely manner ensuring accurate information is provided to customers regarding order status.
2. Maintain organized storage areas for new stock by creating bin locations as needed and placing items away neatly after use.
3. Inform customers promptly on the arrival of their ordered parts or notify them if there are discrepancies due to shortages/damage found during delivery process which may require follow up communication about delayed shipments resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond direct company's control such as supplier delays etc...
