- Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
- Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
- Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team's development
- Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Dermatology and more
- Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination
- Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Alabama.
- A growth mindset and maintain any continuing education requirements
- Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy
- This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds

Hours and Location:
This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are located at 580 Providence Park Dr. East, Ste 202, Mobile, AL36695 . Enjoy a friendly, relaxed environment; this is a not a big-box retail atmosphere.
How You'll Make an Impact:
As a PRN Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you'll contribute to a community's well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management. This PRN is an On-call, Part-time, as-needed, Back-up position basis.
