    As an Outbound Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients through outbound sales efforts, with a primary focus on selling our Adobe AEM solutions. Your expertise in software sales and strong communication skills will be instrumental in effectively presenting our products, understanding customer needs and closing deals.

    Responsibilities
    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers.
    • Initiate sales conversations via phone, email and other appropriate channels to introduce our AEM solutions and generate interest
    • Understand customer pain points, requirements & objectives, and articulate how our software solutions can address their specific needs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, influencers and stakeholders within target accounts.
    • Effectively handle objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms and close sales deals to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
    • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer success, and product development to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
    Minimum Requirements
    • 8 years sales experience working with a SaaS tool
    • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycles, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals
    • 2 years Adobe/or AEM experience
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing opportunities
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Understanding of web development
