    We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Specialist with expertise in commercial and residential property claims in Wisconsin, specifically in the Green Bay, Appleton, and Fox Cities areas.

    • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

    In return, we require candidates to possess:

    • A minimum of three years of experience in residential and commercial property adjusting, preferably with carrier experience.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage workload effectively and exercise good judgment independently.
    • A current, active Xactimate license and experience writing both residential and commercial damage estimates in Xactimate.
    • Ability to pass a background screen and maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
