    Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse activities. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
    • Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization.
    • Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to resolve any issues or delays.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping manifests and invoices.
    • Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics processes.
    • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

    Compensation: $21 to $26 per hour
