Short DescriptionThe purpose of the Floor Care Specialist is to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all flooring and related products both internally and externally.

This role is vital to the launch and growth of this product line. Self-starters with a strong work ethic will excel in this role. Responsibilities Meet and exceed revenue goals for assigned territory.

Carry out "direct" sales activity for priority segments, create effective sales penetration plansCultivate effective "cross selling" activity "through and with" our existing sales professionalsParticipate in ride-a-longs with other sales professionals to develop business and product knowledge of the customers and sales professionalsAttend trade associations and networking events to create external brand awarenessEnsure customers are receiving the highest level of serviceProvide training and perform demonstrations on flooring equipment to employees and customers.
