Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Program Operations Manager in our Residential CNA Assistant Program. The successful candidate will assist the Program Operations Manager in the overall functioning of assigned residential sites and perform various tasks such as ensuring physical, emotional, and medical needs of individuals are met, developing and implementing Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans, coordinating individuals in relocation, providing direct care functions as needed, maintaining financial records and confidential files for individuals residing in assigned sites.Responsibilities
- Ensure all physical, emotional, and medical needs of the individuals are met on a daily basis.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans for individuals in assigned sites.
- Coordinate individuals in relocation including promoting individual preference in selection of housing and housemates.
