    Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with one of our top Construction clients in search of a Construction Accounting Manager for Fairfax VA. Our client is motivated to expedite the hiring process.

    Job Summary

    The Accounting Manager will manage an Accounting team (3 Project Accts and 1 Staff Acct). Will assist in developing accounting procedures and handling financial operations like accounts payable/receivable and payroll. Will also be involved in project accounting using specific software tools like Sage 300 and Procore for monthly reporting and audits.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Experience in construction accounting project management is a MUST.
    • Accounting procedures: Ability to develop and implement efficient practices.
    • Financial operations: Experience with accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
    • Project Accounting: Proficiency in managing project finances using Sage 300/Procore.
    • Power BI Reporting: Skill in analytics reporting.
    • Highly experienced with financial statement preparation
    • ADVANCED Excel Pivot Tables, Macros etc.
