Water and Mold Remediation Specialist Job Summary

A Water and Mold Remediation Specialist is responsible for delivering daily service of mitigation assignments, remediation tasks, new referrals and existing customer communications to meet operational requirements.

• Available by phone or email during scheduled on-duty hours.
• Daily communication with Operations management team members.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.


• Prior experience in water and mold remediation services or a related field.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a proactive team player when needed.
