    Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

    Job Overview

    This is a sales and service position where you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing leads, and identifying customer needs. You will also work closely with your colleagues to achieve sales and service goals and participate in community service events and other marketing opportunities.

    About the Job

    • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to learn and leverage technology.
    • You will need to have a positive attitude and be interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
    • Additionally, you will need to have Property and Casualty license prior to employment and Life and Health license prior to employment.
    • This is a fast-paced environment that requires self-motivation and accountability within a team setting.
