    Title: Residential Service Plumber

    Job Summary:
    We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Service Plumber to join our team.     Responsibilities:
    - Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in residential properties.
    - Diagnose plumbing-related issues and develop effective solutions.
    - Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
    - Ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems by inspecting, testing, and maintaining them regularly.
    - Analyze blueprints and adhere to plumbing codes and regulations.
    - Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects within given timelines.
    - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering their queries.
    - Maintain accurate records of plumbing activities and report any important findings or recommendations to the supervisor.
    - Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and applicable codes to constantly enhance skills and knowledge.

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience as a residential plumber or similar role.
    - In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
    - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes.
    - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
    - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    - Valid plumbing license or relevant certifications.
    - Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    - Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
