    Job Title:

    CMM
    Programmer/Inspector

    Summary:
    Responsible for programming Zeiss
    CMMusing Calypso 5.4 software and other quality related tasks.
    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.


    Other duties may be assigned:

    • Extensive knowledge of Interpreting blueprint and model-based definitions.
    • Extensive experience of programing CMM, using Blueprint and Model Base
    • Must be able to program off and on site.
    • Prepare first article inspection reports if needed.
    • Assist Quality Engineer and/or Quality Manager with problem investigations.

    Skills & Knowledge:
    GD & T (ANSI-Y 14.5)
    Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
    Must be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
    Ability to work well with others.
    Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
    Ability to handle fast-paced workflow.
    Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Mathematical skill level at Trigonometry or higher
    Ability to use SME and proficiency in part layout.
    Knowledge and experience with FARO ARM (VERISURF) Laser Tracker is a major plus.
    Prior experience with Net Inspect to upload FAIs is a major plus.

    Experience:
    Minimum of five years in
    CMMprogramming and inspection of COMPLEX machined parts
    Must have five years with first article inspection, in-process inspection.

    Physical Requirements:
    This job requires extensive sitting or standing throughout the workday.
    Able to use all five senses, use of both hands.
    Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lb.
