Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid RN license issued by the state of Minnesota
  
• Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, BLS certification, ACLS certification (preferred)
  
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 64-hour shifts, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and adaptability to flexible schedules

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring all care plans are followed accurately and timely.
  
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings meticulously to inform treatment decisions.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
