    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assume responsibility for financial reporting, analysis and accounting functions within the Trust & Wealth Management Division.

    The position will offer a dynamic individual the opportunity to impact a thriving, growth-oriented business by providing strategic and tactical financial support.

    The incumbent will gain visibility to senior leadership and in-depth learning opportunities of the Wealth Management business at an opportune time as the industry is on the cusp of the greatest intergenerational wealth transfer in history, estimated at $68 Trillion according to many sources.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Financial performance reporting processCollaborate with business line leaders to establish financial plans (budgets/forecasts) and measure performance versus targetsProduce reporting packages including driver-based analysisActively interpret and review key drivers of performanceCommunicate financial results to key audiences including senior management, boards and regulatory entitiesCollaborate with stakeholders within the business (Management, Operations, Research) and across the broader company (Business Planning & Analysis, Controllers, Human Resources, Legal & Audit)

    Maintain and enhance procedures, controls and documentationPerform accounting activities including reconciliations, general ledger entry preparation/review, month-end closes,Filing of external and statutory reports with the respective authoritiesParticipate or lead special projects such as system implementation and other ad hoc requestsMinimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience5-7 years of accounting or finance experience in the financial services industryAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerpointAbility to handle multiple tasks, manage changing priorities, be extremely detail oriented and successfully work under strict deadlinesExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills including communication, teamwork and influenceInnovative mindset to drive continual improvementStrong, effective and professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work overtime during peak reporting and filing periodsStrong work ethic and business acumen with an inherent curious instinctStrong technical, analytical, financial modeling and presentation skillsThrives in dynamic, energetic and driven environmentsAbility to present complex financial information in simple termsExperience in collaborating to set up new processes, with strong analytic capabilityWorking knowledge of US GAAPWSFS Bank is inclusive and supportive of individual needs.
