    Manager, Clinical Congregate Care

    Hoyleton is seeking a clinical leader who believes that structure, compassion, and accountability can coexist. As our Manager of Clinical Congregate Care, you'll guide the therapeutic direction of our residential and transitional living programs.

    • Attend monthly staffing meetings to review case notes and treatment plans for quality and compliance.

    Clinical Leadership & Supervision

    You will be responsible for recruiting, supervising, coaching and evaluating therapists in a congregate care setting.



    • Recruit qualified candidates with a Master's degree in Social Work or related field.

    • Mentor staff through ongoing training sessions on CARE principles.,
