Job Summary:

The Service Technician at Dutch Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in South Charleston, West Virginia is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of skilled labor tasks related to repairing and maintaining vehicles.

As a Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of makes and models of vehicles and utilize the latest technology to diagnose and repair vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is an hourly position with a compensation range of $22 to $35 per hour, paid monthly. In addition, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.


Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose problems
• Perform repairs and services in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding repairs
• Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and maintain accurate records
• Ensure work area is clean and organized
• Continuously seek out and participate in professional development opportunities to stay uptodate on industry advancements and techniques

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
