    The Doyle Group is a leading IT Consulting and Placement firm based in Denver, Colorado. We specialize in providing top-tier talent and innovative solutions to our clients across various industries.

    Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the strategic management of several digital transformation initiatives for a partner of ours in the Public Sector.


    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of a portfolio-level strategy for our partner.

    In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to assess the usability, value, and technical risk of software solutions utilized across the portfolio or within specific service areas.

    Your insights will be critical in identifying pain points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, ultimately driving the enhancement of business processes, and prioritizing key initiatives for maximum impact.


    Responsibilities:

    Portfolio Strategy Development:

    Develop and articulate a comprehensive portfolio-level strategy for our Public Services portfolio, focusing on enhancing usability, value, and efficiency in software solutions.


    Cross-Functional Assessment:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct high-level assessments of software solutions, identifying usability, value, business fit, and technical risk factors.


    Insight Translation:
    Translate insights from assessments into actionable product strategies, prioritizing near-term initiatives to address pain points, gaps, and opportunities.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, to communicate findings, gather input, and drive consensus on strategic priorities.


    Leadership and Direction:
    Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, motivating others to execute on strategic initiatives and drive meaningful outcomes.

    Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify best-in-class capabilities and practices, informing product strategy and driving continuous improvement.

    Government/Civic Technology Experience:
    Leverage prior experience working in government/civic technology to navigate complex regulatory environments and understand unique stakeholder needs.

    User Experience Focus:
    Champion service design principles and prioritize delivering exceptional user experiences in all product initiatives.

    Adaptability and Flexibility:

    Demonstrate flexibility in the face of ambiguity, regularly adjusting scope and priorities to deliver what matters most in a dynamic and evolving environment.


    Requirements:


    At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with demonstrated responsibility for managing a suite or portfolio of products.

    Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of an organization.
    Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to direct work, motivate others, and drive consensus.
    Experience conducting market research and quickly adapting to unfamiliar domain areas.
    Prior experience working in government/civic technology is preferred.
    Passionate about service design and delivering exceptional user experiences.
    Comfortable making assessments and recommendations in the face of ambiguity and incomplete knowledge.
    Flexible, with the ability to keep the big picture in mind and adjust scope and priorities accordingly.
