- Maintains parts inventory for equipment and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of maintenance tools and supplies.
- Order and acknowledge machine repair parts based on computer inventory levels.
- Stocks machine repair parts and maintains an orderly and clean stockroom.
- Enters inventory and maintenance work order data into computer system.
- Enters data into computerized Preventive Maintenance System and other programs.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.
- Keeps work are neat and clean and performs normal housekeeping. Qualifications
- Working knowledge of personal computers with spreadsheet and word processing experience.
- A minimum of one year accounting or customer service background is preferred or experience with parts inventory systems or part inventory knowledge through mechanical experience.
- Valid Iowa driver's license is required.
- Good communication and people skills are required
