    Why are we hiring?

    We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. You'll play an active role in the product operations and implementation processes ensuring seamless integration and utilization of the platform for our clients.

    You'll receive continuous education and opportunities to explore your strengths, grow and be mentored, working directly with the CPO and COO.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a strong understanding of and ability to troubleshoot company products, services and systems
    • Engage with new VTAGZ Platform users to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, walking users through product features and customizing to their needs
    • Analyze user interactions, identify areas of improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience
    • Coordinate product needs between clients and our Product and Engineering teams
    • Communicate product updates to Customer Success team and clients
    • Support VTAGZ growth initiatives and contribute to the development of customer success strategies
    • Own operational tasks like managing user inquiries and receipt processing
    • Maintain regular communication with your manager

    Qualifications:

    • Keen interest in digital products, with a desire to learn more about Product, Customer Success and Operations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Approachable, upbeat, and friendly demeanor
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Exceptional follow-up abilities and a commitment to delivering results
    • Proactive self learner
