    Position Summary:


    Analyze all aspects of the company's financial reporting, assist in preparing physician compensation models and legal agreement coordination, provide analytical support for financial presentations and provide any other support to the Vice President of Finance in all efforts to foster the growth of the organization.


    Key Performance Areas:
    KPA 1 – Financial Analysis
    Prepare monthly financial reports for each AON practice as assigned along with comprehensive analysis of each practice as assigned.


    Assist in preparing provider compensation models in alignment with compensation agreements and coordinate with Sr VP Operations team and Payroll team to enact payments on a monthly basis or quarterly basis as applicable.


    Provide support from time to time with "ad hoc" reports and data assembly for inter-department use and for other AON departments as well.

    Analyze company financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, compliance issues and cash needs.


    Manage relationships with other department leaders to promote collaboration in areas not limited to but including revenue cycle, insurance needs, payroll.

    Assist with the development of an annual capital budget.

    Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.

    Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance.

    Identifies trends and recommends improvements accordingly.

    Evaluates complex business plans, potential M&A transactions, operating records, and financial statements. Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.


    Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts.

    KPA 2 – Financial Documentation

    Directs preparation of studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections, and business forecasts.

    KPA 3 – Financial Database Management
    Establishes databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts.


    Position Qualifications/Requirements:

    Education :
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance/Business required.

    Previous Experience :
    Two years related experience with at least one year in a healthcare environment.

    Technical knowledge of Sage accounting software from the perspective of systems support as well as end user functionality
