- Develop prototypes answering new questions as well as providing better answers to existing questions.
- Develop new ways to represent the data using data science methods and automating analytic processes using machine language frameworks.
- Work directly with Data Scientists implementing their analytics and get them to perform to scale.
- Work to migrate Jupyter Notebooks to Java and integrate them into the customer's corporate architecture.
- Appropriately apply relevant topics in computer science and supporting disciplines to complex software systems.
- Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience.
- Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience
- High school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Experience developing software in Linux (Red Hat versions , software integration, and testing.
- Experience with Java MapReduce, Python PySpark
- Strong Java skills
- Experience retrieving data from the corporate warehouses using Python and Java
- Familiarity with customer corporate tools
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks
- Knowledge of dataflows within the customer architecture
- Experience with Gitlab, Maven, and Jenkins
