    At YPrime, we help our clients in the pharma and biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups, and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps.

    YPrime's Human Resources team is searching for a Human Resources Business Partner.

    You'll be based out of our Malvern, PA, or Raleigh, NC office.

    At YPrime, the HR Business Partner is a strategic role that serves as a consultant and advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters.

    This is a crucial role that bridges the gap between HR strategies and business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives align with and support the overall success of the organization.

    Minimum 5 years' experience in a human resources role
    Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
    Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
    Strong attention to detail and project management skills
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills

    As an HR Business Partner at YPrime, you will partner with business leaders, people managers, and employees across all levels to drive and support work and initiatives related to the following:


    Strategic Partnerships:
    Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, understanding their objectives, challenges, and opportunities
    Provide strategic HR guidance and recommendations to support business goals and initiatives
    Collaborate with business leaders to identify workforce planning needs, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational design requirements


    Employee Relations:
    Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
    Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations issues, such as performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
    Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies


    Talent Management:
    Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps, and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent
    Build, implement, and train managers and employees on performance management practices
    Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives
    Support implementation of training and development programs aligned with business needs
    Assist business leaders in managing organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication


    HR Metrics and Analytics:
    Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision making
    Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or an equivalent amount of related professional experience
