Job Summary:
The Certified Surgical Tech plays a crucial role in the surgical team as the primary scrub technician. They handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgeries and ensure the operating room is ready for procedures.
Collaboration and teamwork are key to success in this role.
Essential Functions:
SHIFT/SCHEDULE
Full Time - Scheduled for 40 Weekly Hours
Shift Time - All Shifts
Education:
Associates Degree, Surgical Tech
Or, Vocational Certification, Surgical Tech
Licensing & Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
Experience (preferred):
Minimum of one year perioperative experience
