• Process emails and calls from wholesale customers and consumers efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Coordinate inbound calls and emails from outside sales representatives and other team members within the organization and assist in bringing the matter to a customer satisfying result.

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

• Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

• Log all incoming requests through our SAP Enterprise system accurately.

• Collaborate and positively communicate with sales, accounting, operations regarding delivery, invoicing, and other customer challenges.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
