    Job Description

    Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics
    Management Analyst Stf. for a position
    OCONUS.


    Duties include:

    • Work in a Logistical environment
    that is fast paced, completing multiple tasks,
    meeting stringent timelines.

    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with competing/shifting priorities.
    • Must be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary.
    • Attend required training associated with job responsibilities, including terrorism/force protection, counterintelligence, information security, and others as required.
    • Perform data entry on compatible microcomputers utilizing versions of Microsoft, Adobe, and other DoD licensed or provided programs.
    • Travel to various CONUS and/or OCONUS locations by government or commercial conveyance may be required.
    • Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
    • Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customerservice standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
    • Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
    • Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
    • Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
    • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
    • Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
    Secures warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.

    • Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
    • Assist Accountable Officer or Responsible Officer to conduct inventory on all materials supporting the NDAA 1209/CTEF
    • Provide solutions to problems related to handreceipts, equipment data and STAMIS exports. Be prepared to participate in and support contingency operations in potentially austere conditions.
    • Develop, provide input to and maintain SOPs. Develop, provide input to and maintain Continuity books. Develop, provide input to, update, and maintain contract past performance/capture performance metrics.

    Basic Qualifications

    Must Be physically fit, able to survive in an
    austere and inhospitable environment and be
    willing and able to work long hours over
    extended periods.

    Self-starter; successful multi-tasker; and highly organized.


    Must possess excellent work ethics, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.

    Team player and team builder.

    Must possess a valid state driver's license and be able
    to obtain appropriate special license/certifications for equipment required for their specific position.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

    Must possess a basic knowledge of computer
    operations for inventory control, weapon
    maintenance record keeping, and parts
    requisitioning and be proficient in Microsoft Word
    and Excel.

    Must pass pre-deployment medical screening
    and possess the physical strength to lift and
    move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

    Able to travel internationally.

    Candidate selected will travel to Fayetteville, NC to in process.

    The successful candidate will be required to successfully complete customer required International Readiness Certifications.

    Desired skills


    Graduate of the Army 92Y and/or 92A MOS producing school or other branch of service equivalent with a minimum of 5yrs supervisory experience at Source Supply Activity and Unit Supply level or equivalent supervisory level experience in the US Navy, Air Force or Marine Corps supply system.

    History of organizing and motivating a diverse team to act as "one" in the pursuit of common objectives.

    Work Schedule Information

    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


    Colorado Pay Statement

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $77,600 - $148,800 .

    Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

    Non-represented full-time employees:

    accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

    Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

    This position is incentive plan eligible.


    Premium Pay Statement

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $89,300 - $168,100.
