CM Squared, Inc. is looking for a Senior Reserve Analyst to oversee and help expand the Reserve Study component of our business.

Qualified candidates will have a PRA (APRA) or RS (CAI) certification and be familiar with Reserve Study guidelines and best practices in the state of California, as well as to show an intimate knowledge of both the physical and financial analysis of a study.

Ability to assess and create a component inventory, condition assessment and useful life valuation, and analysis of a client's current reserve fund status and recommendations for appropriate reserve contributions/funding plans are a must.

You need to enjoy being on site viewing and measuring buildings and their components and interacting with clients in person, via email or over the phone/telepresence meetings.

Requirements:

Be a

licensed professional Reserve Analyst

in California.

Ability to travel throughout California to conduct site inspections.

Ability to learn company specific software.
