We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at our Pittsburgh factory.

As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes.

Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and recordsEnsure compliance with accounting principles and regulationsPerform month-end and year-end close processesConduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processesRun Payroll and own the compliance for various statesAssist in budgeting and forecasting activitiesStay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standardsAssist in ERP design and implementationQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field7 plus years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industryProficiency in using accounting software, such as Quickbooks and NetSuiteStrong knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in financial reportingAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsCPA certification is a plusIf offered employment with Formlogic, a job offer may also be contingent upon a background investigation which may include interviews with past employers.
