    Opportunity:

    Responsibilities
    Manage a team of design professionals and technicians.
    Mentor and supervise staff, contributing to high-performing project teams.
    Engage in business development and collaborate on proposals and client relationships.
    Assist senior engineers with project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule management.
    Perform complex engineering design tasks on wastewater projects.
    Oversee the design and construction of projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
    Develop project management plans and establish goals for unique projects.
    Coordinate quality assurance and control on assigned projects.
    Involved in the permitting process, making decisions on large projects.
    Manage projects within multidisciplinary teams, researching and understanding regulatory issues.
    Assist in project revenue forecasting and oversee proposals.
    Qualifications:

    Perform mass & energy balance and process equipment sizing calculations.
    Understand jurisdictional codes, legal, and design requirements.
    Education and Experience:

    Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
    Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in wastewater projects.
    Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
