    Description

    • Organize, inventory, and maintain control of manufacturing materials
    • Perform inventory adjustments, inventory picks, and kitting functions
    • Ensure 100% traceability of picked components
    • Verify Lot Number documentation and inventory levels
    • Maintain inventory levels of high use items and order/replenish when minimum levels are reached
    • Perform cycle counts on inventory on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
    • Pack, ship, and receive various types of material and finished goods
    • Maintain 5S - Safe and Clean work environment
    • Contribute to a productive, safe, and enjoyable culture
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Assemble kits based on engineering guidance, technical orders, and drawings
    • Perform and inspect wire terminations and wire harness assembly (OJT)
    • Create labels using various label printers and label making software (OJT)
    • Document records identifying compliance with assigned tasks (OJT)
    • Establish, organize & maintain detailed inventory of government, customer and KIHOMAC property (OJT)
    • Train and assist other technicians on techniques and procedures
    • Maintain high ethical/professional standards of performance, demeanor, and judgment always
    • Participate in test or project events as assigned by supervisor
    • Observe all safety rules and maintains a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area
    • Report status and results
    • Work unsupervised at times

    Other duties as assigned Requirements Education/Training:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    Associate's Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline desired Experience:


    • 0+ years of professional experience in the required task area required
    • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail a must
    • U.S
    military aircraft maintenance and wiring experience preferred


    • Familiarity with schematics, logic drawings, layouts, wire lists, and prints preferred
    • Knowledge of cable assembly procedures preferred
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively required
    • Capable of standing for long periods of time required
    • Able to work cross functionally in other areas as needed
    • Microsoft Excel and Inventory Management Software Experience Highly desired
    Ability to identify/assign priorities based on time constraints and resources available required Security:
