Minimum QualificationsMust have documented trade experience in at least one of the following:
Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical;Must be able to read drawings/blueprints;A valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record (0 point or positive point balance on the Motor Vehicle Record) is required;Essential physical and mental capabilities in the following: Interpersonal skills, memory, attention to detail, follow directions, comprehension, calculating, reading, writing, speaking, evaluating, mathematics, organizing and innovation;Ability to use various ladders/lifts;Ability to use various custodial and mowing equipment;This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
