Job summary

Responsible for interfacing with customers, developing positive customer relations, coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include system asset tracking management reporting billing conducting MADC/IMAC activity managing assets in ARMS generating reviewing change detection meter read exception reports daily basis manage Acceptance/Schedule Document Process Procedures allocate charges track equipment inventory non-network connected device usage as needed provide fleet performance reports critical hardware errors identify poorly performing devices report customer on daily basis develop trend analysis reports monitored devices ongoing reviews customer create site operations desktop procedures manuals develop processes procedures needed based on customer requirements maintain update process/procedures as needed Maintenance break-fix Service Support work designated service provider drive service calls closure timely manner coordinate Lexmark resources reporting resolving parts delays engage Field Service Engineering teams assist device repairs track manage action items drive improved service delivery serve point escalation resolve issues related service delivery Accounts Receivable Management Consumables Management monitoring printers copiers multi function devices utilizing remote software consumable alerts document device serial number life time page count location alert complete consumable order fulfill requirement proactively notify device contact alert order status PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS must possess business maturity appearance focus poise self-motivated comfortable working part dedicated team outgoing well organized individual able perform multitasking environment effective cooperatively customers remote team members managers EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND candidates will possess high school diploma equivalent preferred college degree years direct customer help desk experience copier printer environment excellent customer service focus outstanding communication skills essential provide outstanding support meeting customers needs courteous timely manner requires experience setting goals defining prioritizing specific realistic objectives Microsoft Excel skills must vLookup Pivot Tables etc comfortable working data Excel spreadsheets proficient familiar Microsoft PowerPoint Viso preferred Communication skills written verbal Experience LanDesk software familiarity overall Help Desk ticketing software preferable
