    Responsibilities

    • Handle patient scheduling, appointments, and multi-phone line management.
    • Gather new patient data and track referrals.
    • Disseminate information to patients and act as a liaison between patients and physicians.
    • Send and log reports sent to doctors.
    • Collect payments and verify insurance.
    • Collect and distribute mail.
    • Send benefits paperwork to billing companies.
    • Handle scheduling and communication.
    • Answer phones and act as a patient liaison.
    • Schedule patients and coordinate evaluations and appointments.
    • Collect new patient intake information and track referrals.
    • Fax reports to physicians and maintain a log of incoming reports.
    • Verify insurance and track covered visits.
    • Communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling and patient arrival.

    Required Skills

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and empathy towards people in pain.
    • Up-to-date DL and dependable vehicle.
