    A world class highly reputable manufacturer is a seeking a skilled Cost Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and succession planning.

    Highlights:
    • Examine costs of production to determine the most efficient methods of production.
    • Ensure accurate classification of expenses under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Research material costs to ensure the accuracy of the information in the company's accounting system.
    • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard prices to actual production costs.
    • Prepare budgeting reports by collecting information and data points from various departments within the organization.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelors in a Business related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or analysis experience in a manufacturing atmosphere
    • Proficiency in IT tools for reporting and analysis
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
