ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:

Provide lead support for Healthcare Real Estate MOB UW & Portfolio teams by underwriting and closing new stabilized and construction loan transactions.

Candidate will support both Underwriting and Portfolio Teams by working on both new loan opportunities and ongoing portfolio needs.
This position requires an individual with strong commercial real estate lending experience including construction financing.

The candidate will have very strong credit and analytical skills, who can multi-task and work in a high-paced team environment.

Interact with Originators, Senior Management, Credit, junior support, and clients.
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is $170,000 - $195,000/Yr. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
BS Degree in Real Estate, Finance, and/or AccountingMinimum of 7 years experience in CRE finance with focus on credit underwriting; experience underwriting MOBs and HealthcareOther/
