Holman is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to join our Retail Corporate Accounting team This position will report directly to the Director of Accounting and is a hybrid role based in Vancouver WA We re seeking someone who can manage volume and scale while developing talent driving continuous improvement You ll own full cycle accounting for 3 assigned holding companies including month end close processes in OneStream across 110 consolidated entities Prepare quarterly standalone consolidated financial statements for the Retail division with footnote disclosures in full compliance with US GAAP private company no SEC reporting Oversee Retail Central Services accounting for 10 departments partnering with department leaders on planning and budgeting leveraging OneStream deliver actionable variance analysis that identifies cost optimization opportunities and risks Manage shared accounting processes including intercompany transactions intangibles Overseer long term debt accounting in collaboration with the Treasury team to ensure accurate financial statement presentation Deliver monthly parent company reporting packages with accuracy and timeliness Partner cross functionally with Dealership Accounting Centralized Accounting Tax Treasury Legal FP&A parent Corporate Account teams Lead develop one direct report Accountant Supervisor who manages a team of staff senior accountants Serve as resource mentor to other managers on the Retail Corporate Account team dotted line responsibility Build team capabilities through coaching performance feedback professional development Participate leadership development programs Holman Connect annual manager retreat ongoing development programs Foster culture accountability technical excellence continuous improvement You ll thrive in this role if you Drive process improvement naturally identify inefficiencies develop better methods tools workflows increase accuracy efficiency Excel managing people projects simultaneously coach your team day day work manage project timelines ensure deliverables meet quality standards deadlines Work independently collaboratively take ownership portfolio leverage cross functional partners seek guidance Adapt quickly change adjust priorities approach business environment shifts stay focused matters most Solve problems proactively identify technical operational organizational issues before escalate resolve effectively Influence expertise use rational arguments guide stakeholders right solutions even direct authority Balance strategic thinking execution contribute departmental vision strategy ensure month end closes time accuracy Communicate impact present financial results clearly coach members effectively translate complex account business partners Anticipate needs understand what Director business partners auditors need proactively deliver solutions Want work life balance looking stable reasonable hours predictable busy periods
