    HR ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - DURHAM, NC.

    The Select Group is currently hiring for a HR Enterprise Architect to join one of our largest clients in the education & learning space. We are looking for an enterprise architect who is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and governance of applications and frameworks including defining best practices and reusable functionality that can be applied across multiple products within different divisions. This resource will contribute to the innovation and transformation of application architecture from an infrastructure, application and process standpoint.     HR ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS:

    • 10+ years of Architecture Experience designing Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds
    • Good experience in Salesforce architecture and administration
    • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow - CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess technical and functional aspects of products
    • Salesforce Certifications - Administrator, Integration Architect and/or Service Management

    HR ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Technology Evaluation Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the organization's technology evaluation strategy. Identify the most suitable products, tools, and solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Product Assessment: Lead the comprehensive evaluation of technology products, considering factors such as functionality, scalability, compatibility, security, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Architecture Integration: Design and develop architecture strategies for integrating evaluated products into the existing technology landscape. Ensure seamless interoperability and alignment with existing systems.
    • Standards and Best Practices: Establish technology standards, best practices, and guidelines for product evaluations and integration. Maintain consistency and coherence across various projects.
    • Vendor Relationships: Build and manage relationships with technology vendors. Stay updated on vendor roadmaps, product offerings, and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess technology needs, and provide recommendations.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with new technology integration. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of integrated systems.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of product evaluations, integration approaches, and architectural decisions. Share knowledge with relevant teams.
    • Innovation Tracking: Stay informed about technological advancements, trends, and industry developments. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the technology landscape.
    • Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars to showcase technological expertise and thought leadership.
