    Salesforce is seeking a Partner Marketing Analyst and Sr Analyst to make an impact on its growing partner ecosystem

    We're looking for a dynamic marketer with strong project management and content development skills to help support a variety of marketing initiatives with our most strategic partners.

    This role is an individual contributor, but requires an experienced professional who is able to collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable results.

    This role is on the Partner Marketing team and will work with key stakeholders within Alliances, Corporate Marketing and our Salesforce Partner ecosystem.


    Responsibilities:

    Project Management:
    Create event timelines, run-of-show, and project plans to ensure all deadlines are met.

    Facilitate splash page creation/support and manage invite/registration processes for events.

    Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

    Coordinate inputs for partner stories, wins, go-lives

    Coordinate inputs into core channels to increase partner content on 360 blog, newsroom, etc


    Content Development and Management:
    Help craft and maintain partner messaging and positioning

    Own Social (LinkedIn) Calendar - Social Copy, Promo Cards, and Haiilo Posts


    Operations and Reporting:
    Manage the processes and inputs for campaign and budgement management (purchase requests,Coupa, and Meetingforce)

    Create and manage campaign codes

    Upload leads

    Track and own regular reporting of activity performance

    Contribute to executive presentations including bi-weekly updates, monthly performance recaps, and quarterly business reviews


    Required Skills & Experience:

    Communication:
    Clear and effective communication to convey project goals, requirements, and progress to team members.

    Organizational Skills:
    Must be highly organized to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and various project details efficiently.

    Time Management:
    Effective time management to ensure that projects stay on schedule and meet deadlines.

    Problem-Solving:
    Adept at identifying and escalating challenges early to help find solutions to keep projects moving forward.

    Adaptability:
    Able to adapt to changes in project scope, requirements, or timeline.

    Attention to Detail:
    thoroughly and accurately notice and address the finer points and specifics within a task or project.

    Strong Writing Skills:
    effectively communicate information, or messages in a clear, coherent, and engaging manner

    Accessible:
    Must be in office 4 x's a week


    Preferred :
    Dynamic, ambitious personality that works well with others and has the ability to drive projects forward amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals in a matrixed organization

    Degree in Marketing or related field

    Past work history at a consulting firm/systems integrator and/or experience within the Salesforce partner ecosystem

    Experience working within Salesforce platform
