- Deliver financial targets for assigned accounts/segments
- Define New Business Development (NBD) roadmap to expand LST pipeline of projects
- Seek, own, and lead BD/NBD opportunities until commercial closure
- Manage relationships with assigned accounts/segments in NA and coordinate with supporting functions
- Implement business unit pricing strategies and ensure budgeted sales and margins are achieved
- Keep close contact with relevant accounts, monitor demand, and create reliable forecasts
- Report activities and provide market intelligence to support JM's integrated business plan
- A degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry
- Project Management skills
- Ability to detect customer needs and position commercial offers in complex technical environments
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Account Management experience, preferably with large global organisations

About the Role
We're looking for a tenacious individual with a strong commercial mindset to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will work closely with our wider LST commercial organisation and Innovator sales team.
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive estimated salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
