    Must Haves:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering (4 Year ABET Accredited College Degree preferred, open to associates degree)
    7-12 years related experience
    Manufacturing background with capital project experience is required

    Fundamental knowledge of:
    Machine design and operating principles
    Machine repair and troubleshooting practices
    Applicable codes and standards
    Applicable product and process design techniques

    Proficient with:
    Computer based 2D & 3D software (i.e., ACAD, Solidworks)
    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
    Rockwell, Allen Bradley, or Siemens software for programming PLC's and HMI's
    Fanuc robotics programming
    Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving and organizational skills
    Independent contributor who can excel in a team environment


    Plusses:
    Proficiency in ability to design, build and troubleshoot machine & safety control systems, PLC/HMI software and electrical systems is highly desired
    Proficiency in robotics application and programming is highly desired

    Day to Day:
    We are hiring an Electro-Mechanical Project Engineer. The Electro-Mechanical Project Engineering role has the responsibility to complete a broad range of moderately to complex projects.

    Projects include equipment procurement and installation; facility upgrades; process improvements; new automation; and projects involving electrical systems, PLC, HMI, and safety circuit design upgrades.

    Candidate will support multiple manufacturing facilities by participating in Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

    Further, this role will have interactions with the New Product Development (NPD) team, Commercial, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, EH&S, Finance, and other functional & leadership Teams.

    Responsibilities
    Project Management responsibilities for successful planning, preparation and execution
    Vet through identified need and develop project scope and objectives
    Develop documents needed for approval of capital funding
    Develop & manage budget and schedule for projects
    Direct and support project team through project risks and issues
    Communicate project status/metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership
    Troubleshoot & provide support to other teams as necessary
    Approximately 25-35% travel to other locations
