    Job Title: Sales Associate

    Position Overview:
    As a Sales Associate, you'll drive revenue by delivering exceptional services to clients through relationship-building, sharing style and product information, and ensuring a clean and safe store environment. Your success in achieving individual goals will contribute to overall store objectives.

    Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
    • Embodies our values and sets an example through behaviors
    • Ensures compliance with all ANN INC. practices and procedures
    • Handles additional responsibilities as delegated by the management team
    Revenue Generation:
    • Achieves or surpasses divisional, store, and personal financial and credit targets while supporting overall store goals
    Client Experience:
    • Delivers outstanding client service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to service standards
    • Builds relationships with clients, fostering loyalty, and multitasking effectively
    • Addresses client concerns and seeks resolutions proactively
    • Projects a friendly and engaging demeanor and maintains professionalism at all times
    • Actively seeks feedback for growth, communicates effectively with all stakeholders, and promotes a positive team environment
    Operations:
    • Executes opening/closing procedures with a focus on the client experience
    • Maintains merchandise standards and keeps the work area organized
    • Adheres to Loss Prevention protocols and ensures a safe work environment
    • Participates in inventory preparation and follows operational guidelines diligently
    Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and effectively uses company systems
    • Handles register transactions efficiently and manages phone calls professionally
    Position Requirements:
    • Prioritizes client service and builds a loyal client base
    • Meets deadlines with minimal supervision
    • Communicates effectively with all stakeholders
    • Handles cash accurately and remains flexible with scheduling
    • Able to lift objects occasionally and move around the sales floor proficiently
