Position Overview: Everyone is hired in as a Lead Generator with room for growth among our well-established sales departments.

Lead Generator:

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr
Comprehensive Training: Including a week of in-class training followed by hands-on training and development.
Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the energy industry and our sales process.
Flexible Tenure: Remain in the role as long as needed to be successful, provided attendance and quotas are met, and core values are upheld.

Career Path and Growth:

Start as a Lead Generator with the goal of promotion to Sales Representative.
Further opportunities for advancement to Renewal Representative.
Additional career growth among multiple sales teams/departments.

Earnings and Career Growth:

Once promoted to a Sales Team, you earn a higher hourly pay plus 100% uncapped commission.
Top Performers: $80k+/year
Average Annual Earnings: $55k+/year
Average Monthly Commission: $1500-$3000

Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Integrity Energy covers 75% of employee premiums and 50% for dependents) after 90 days.
